I offer online counselling to adolescents, adults, and seniors. My understanding of the neuroscience behind mental health issues allows me to tailor my therapeutic approach to suit your specific needs and the development of effective coping mechanisms. I have a passion for working with individuals and supporting them through life’s challenges as they become more in touch with themselves and root themselves in their power. While working together we will heal emotional wounds and overcome life’s challenges.
